When / how do I receive my order?
Once payment has cleared, an email will be sent to you with a download link. Please SAVE files to your computer as the download link will expire after three downloads.
The files you receive will be zipped. They will need to be unzipped in order to be viewed. An app may be necessary to unzip files on mobile devices.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Can I sell items I’ve made using LBG STUDIO patterns?
Absolutely! Purchasing this pattern gives you, the buyer, license to sell items YOU have made using our patterns on a handmade scale. License details are included in the tutorial files.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of digital files we do not accept returns on PDF patterns or other digital products.
Can I share patterns I have purchased?
LBG STUDIO patterns are copyrighted material and are for personal use only. The patterns may not be copied or distributed without express written permission from LBG STUDIO.
Oops! I think I found an error in a pattern I purchased!
While every effort is made to publish patterns that are accurate and error free, sometimes mistakes happen. PDF patterns will be updated if/when an error is caught and corrections will be posted here. If you come across a possible error that is not listed, please contact me and let me know!
